Elinor Crowder, Executive Director
Elinor joined the Greater Valley Area Chamber in 2006 after more than 30 years in corporate communications at the West Point, Ga., headquarters of textile giant WestPoint Stevens, later WestPoint Home. She oversees daily operations and works with the Board and other staff members on development of new programs and information that will enable the Chamber to better serve the business community. She earned BA and MA degrees in communications and broadcast journalism at the University of Alabama. She lives in Chambers County.

Laura Anglin, Tourism and Community Marketing Representative
Laura joined the chamber staff in July 2010 to create a broader scope of tourism development and market the Greater Valley Community as the best possible place to live, work and play. She earned her BS degree in Commerce and Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Alabama. She, and her husband, Casey, most recently lived in Northwest Georgia and looked forward to an opportunity to return here. They are models of the young professionals choosing the Greater Valley Area as their home for the future.

Patricia Wallace, Bookkeeper
Patricia Wallace has served as Chamber Bookkeeper since 2002 and is the primary contact for members regarding their dues and other invoices. Earlier, she worked in the financial operations of WestPoint Stevens and for several years was an Executive Assistant at the company’s West Point corporate headquarters. Currently, she is at the Chamber three afternoons weekly – Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday. Patricia is the mother of three adult children. She lives in Valley.
