Dues – What Is Your Fair Share?

The formula below is an equitable method by which each firm or individual can determine its fair share in the future progress of the Greater Valley Area Chamber of Commerce.

Please rate your business or yourself according to the appropriate classification. Membership dues are tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. The Chamber is an advocacy organization for business and dues paid to the Chamber are not a charitable tax deduction for federal income tax purposes.
All rates for 2011 become effective Oct. 1.

General Business or Industrial Firm: A general membership includes up to 5 full time employees. (2 part time employees are equal to 1 full time employee) Select in '1': $200.00

If you have more than 5 employees please type the number of additional full time employees: $5.00

If you have more than 5 employees please type the number of additiona part time employees (please change select option) please select '1' or leave '0' $2.50

Financial Institutions: If you are a financial institution please select '1': $500.00

How many additional locations to do you have?: $250.00

Nonresident Contractor/Subcontrator/Consultant/Design Firm:

'1.' General contractors with 100+ employees - $750 base rate
'2.' Subcontractors with 25+ employees - $500 base rate
'3.' Subcontractors with 0-25 employees - $250 base rate

Apartments/Campgrounds/Motels: Select '1' if you are in this category: $200.00

If you have more than 51 apartments please list the number of additional apartments $5.00

If you have more than 10 but no more than 51 apartments please type in those additional apartments: $1.50

Individuals: If you are an individual or a Real Estate Agent that wants to join the Chamber please select '1'. $75.00

Nonprofit organizations, civic clubs and churches: If you are an organization, civic club or church that wants to join the Chamber please select '1'. $75.00

Utilities: If you are considered a Utilities Company please select '1': $500.00

Nonprofit organizations, civic clubs, churches, individual concerned citizens wishing to support the Chamber, educators, retirees: $75.00

Membership dues are payable in advance, with annual statemnets sent in September to coincide with the Chamber’s fiscal year, which begins October 1. Chamber dues are not pro-rated and non-refundable.
